In my mind, everyone is an athlete. Whether you're a high school varsity player, the owner and operator of a small businessor someone who is simply passionate about optimizing their health -- you are using your physical and mental capacities to their highest degree day in and day out. Doing this takes a huge toll the body, and often times we end up burning out and are unable to continue. So why not match the same level of your performance with that of your recovery?

When it comes to optimizing performance, recovery habits are the holy grail. This includes fundamentals such as sleep and diet/nutrition, but also many overlooked aspects such as managing stress, receiving consistent bodywork, and mobilizing your body in a way that is restorative and preventative. We will work together to ensure that you are able to optimize your performance by optimizing recovery habits on the back end.
