MINDSET AND GOAL SETTING
If we want to make lasting positive change, we need to shift your mindset.
You will learn how to set BIG goals, foster a positive belief system, and build a daily routine that will keep us on track to achieving the results that we want.
RESTORATIVE MOVEMENT THERAPY
Each week, you will learn how to properly mobilize and strengthen your body from the ground up.
When we are able to enhance our posture, we reduce risk of injury, decrease chronic pain and inflammation, and harness fluid/efficient movement combined with explosive core strength for improved performance.
DIET AND LIFESTYLE EDUCATION
In order to perform optimally, recovery habits must be prioritized. This means utilizing nutrition and sleep to our advantage!
You will learn how to ensure that you are receiving proper nutrition quality and quantity, as well as getting the most out of your sleep each night.
